Two-Story Residential Flood
An emergency call was received at 3pm on Saturday to a two story home that was flooded by the second floor bathroom for three weeks while the client was out of town. The second story bathroom & loft, as well as the foyer, master bedroom, master bathroom, and living room on first floor were all damaged. Client contracted 1st Call Restoration to complete water removal, mold abatement, dry out and reconstruction. Structure was successfully dried in 5 days and full restoration completed in 4 weeks.

Prosperity Bank – Commercial Flood
1st Call Restoration received an emergency call on Tuesday morning after a holiday weekend to assist with a large water leak that caused significant flooding over the three-day weekend. Two public bathrooms, a large hallway, kitchen & break room, conference room, supply room, drive thru teller line, server room, communication room and staff office were all affected. Prosperity Bank contracted 1st Call Restoration to complete the water extraction and dry out. This structure was successfully dried in less than one week without removing drywall or causing further business interruptions. The drive thru teller line was back open just a few short hours later. Throughout the process, 1st Call Restoration maintained a clean, safe working environment and utilized large air scrubbers with HEPA filtration to maintain the indoor air quality.

1st Call Restoration was contracted to assist with property recovery, evaluation, pack out and recovery after a total loss structural fire. 1st Call Restoration evaluated options for temporary office space and contracted and managed the delivery, setup, and new utilities for both the temporary office space as well as a temporary chapel for church services.

Commercial Flood and Asbestos Abatement
1st Call Restoration received a call at 7 am and responded to a large flood at a large office. After completing an initial assessment and appropriate course of action, 1st Call Restoration completed the water removal and drying of the structure and affected contents. During the initial assessment it was determined there may be asbestos containing materials. 1st Call Restoration contracted a licensed and Texas State certified asbestos survey company to complete an asbestos survey. After determining there was affected asbestos-containing materials, 1st Call Restoration managed and sub-contracted the asbestos abatement/removal by a Texas State certified asbestos abatement contractor. Throughout the project appropriate process were kept in place to ensure the safety of all building occupants.
