Grant Duncan with 1st Call Restoration arrived at my house so quickly to help me with a leak that left water standing through out my home. He explain what needed to be done and went straight to work. Not long after Ronnie Benavides arrived to over see and offer his recommendations. I can’t thank these gentlemen enough for their hard work, kindness and patience with me. I have only good things to share about this company. Samatha answers the phone and she is delightful! She is professional and friendly and reassuring, all at the same time. She answered all my questions and told me the person who would be coming by to give an estimate. She stayed in touch every step of the way. Five star service , for sure! Grant Duncan was excellent at his job! He explained everything so well and made sure we were kept apprised during the several days of work that was done for us. His team of Ronnie, Jacob, Santos, Noel, and Brant were great! They had to remove sheetrock and trim, along with flooring. They completed their task and did a great job of tidying up after they finished. Once all the big fans were picked up, as well as the dehumidifier, they cleaned up yet again. Grant checked on the progress regularly and stayed in touch with us via text messages. He was always responsive when we had a question. We hate we had to meet this group of people in the way we did, but we are certainly thankful for their help when we did have to use this service..

1st Call Restoration is named appropriately! They were our 1st call for a flooded home. The call was answered immediately by a real person at 10:00 p.m. She asked many pertinent questions and assured me all would be OK until a technician came the next day. Tristin was actually early the next day and spent hours assessing the damage and began the "dry out" process. He was explanatory, comforting and I could tell, extremely knowledgeable and experienced in this sort of thing.
Others arrived shortly thereafter (Kody, Noel, Jacob) and set the fans (for the next 5 days). Then they returned to remove and clean. Samantha was available for questions and answers throughout the process.
Also, extremely important was Rosie!!!! Rosie was very responsive and patient me (slightly emotional). She knew what to pack and what to leave just in case we wanted/needed to get to some things. Her team was careful and comprehensive.
We are very pleased with 1st Call's work and responsiveness and knowledge. They will certainly be our "first" call if we are ever in this situation again....but HOPEFULLY NOT!

Revised review: found out my cabinets were damaged when they were removed. Insurance won't pay since they weren't damaged by the water leak. Now we are moving into our house without a kitchen and will have to pay our of pocket to replace every cabinet. Maybe be more careful when dealing with other people's property

We had great service from 1st Call Restoration. We had water leak through our bathroom ceiling from the attic after the air conditioner drain lines got clogged. A call to 1st Call Restoration had our technician Grant come over to assess the situation. The other major water restoration company near us was going to charge us $150 to come out and give us an estimate. 1st Call Restoration gave us a free estimate. Grant created a detailed assessment of the extent of the water damage, which his team used to create a detailed plan and estimate for remediation. The bid detailed exactly what they were going to do and how long it would take. Grant was very good at explaining what they were going to do and why it was necessary based on the measurements that he took. Grant was extremely polite, professional and helpful in helping us get through this unfortunate leak. I was very happy with the final results and would recommend 1st Call Restoration. First of all, totally satisfied!
I called on them as a salesman for the company I work for and met Mr. Paul Henderson who showed me the courtesy of giving me his time. He is a great representative for 1st Call. It was only a couple weeks later when we had a huge rain event and our commercial property was flooded. I called and spoke with Samantha and shortly I received a call from Aaron Rogers. This was on a Saturday morning and he came and met me at our place within an couple of hours and immediately assessed the situation and by Monday morning the equipment was onsite and they did demo on some walls, etc. As far as pricing, I believe they were very fair and everything was done as agreed and even a bit more. I highly recommend them for their integrity, price and reliability.

The day before Thanksgiving 2023 our entire downstairs flooded at 2 am. Thank God for 1st Call! They came within a few hours and literally rescued us. From mitigation to restoration they are amazing. Our experience was not good at all because of the painter and the project manager, Heather! The painter did a terrible job leaving roller marks and missed places. He had to go back and touch up and it still was not a good job. He had to go back a third time because it still was not done right! He took 7 weeks to paint the inside of our 1700 sq ft house! That delayed us from getting back in our home in a timely manner. We sent Heather so many pictures of the problems that we were having. She told my husband and I several times that she was going to the house to check on things and didn’t go. My husband went to our house every day. She told me at one point that she was scheduling the people to move all of our things back in the house and that she would be at the house Wednesday, Thursday and Friday of that week. She did not go. More than four weeks went by and they had not moved in our things because she was wrong again! Another thing among others, our curtains had been thrown In the dust from the sheet rock. Heather took the curtains and told my husband that she would have them dry cleaned. She never brought the curtains back! My husband and I were so upset several days through the whole process. Once all was finished Heather told me that she had gone to our house to do the cleaning. Afterwards, there was paint on the floor and cabinets were full of dust and there was saw dust all at the bottom of one our windows and the blinds were still dirty. As a project manager, Heather did not do her job well at all!
I will say everyone I spoke to at their office was very nice and very helpful! The cabinet guy was excellent and the guys that laid our floor did a good job!

Santos was our technician for drying out our water damaged rooms. He used his moisture meter to determine exactly the extent of our damage and took numerous pictures all throughout the process. He placed the fans and dehumidifiers in optimum locations to be the most beneficial. He was on time, courteous, friendly, and puts a person at ease when you are facing a black mold issue. He repeatedly asked id there was anything I need explained again or if I had any questions. We went over each area to be sure I was satisfied with the work he was responsible for. Santos will definitely restore your faith in "customer service"!
He should be promoted to teach others in the company how to give proper customer service! Seriously!

His partner that did the tear out was also good. I don't remember his name, I'm sorry, but he was Jamaican. He cleaned up all the dry wall and made sure anything that was wet was cut out and removed.
Now for the next step. Putting my home back together. I am looking forward and hoping this next team of people from 1st Call Restoration are as easy to work with. ........

Water pipes broke during the freezing December. Your group came in pulled out all the wet flooring wet sheet rock dried everything up. Very professional, Very polite, Hard workers, I would highly recommend this company 1st call restoration. Workers Tristan Johnson, Jack and Jacob were very friendly, very polite, excellent workers and I highly recommend them. I give this company 5 plus stars.

The folks at 1st Call Restoration are fantastic! We had flooding at our business and they were quickly out there to survey the damage and prevent even further damage from occurring. The technicians that showed up were very friendly and knowledgeable. We'll continue to use 1st Call for any of our restoration/emergency needs!

Do not use this company unless you want to be thoroughly ripped off. We were told we could the minimum of taking out damaged sheet rock from base boards and clean up from our laundry room. Its a very small amount. They told us 850 for the minimum for the cash price. The office personal took it upon themselves to "claim" it on insurance and then doubled the amount they say we owe. We agreed on 850 and they sent a bill for nearly 1500 with the reasoning being "we claimed it on insurance". We have part of laundry room without sheetrock and baseboards. The price doesn't include any repairs. Like I said we agreed on cash price and then they try to come back later and say they didn't know because the tech told us that. Tjats a problem in your office and not my problem. I also reported this to the better business bureau. Jacking up prices just because you took it upon yourself to file it on my insurance after the employee that came out here told us not to because there wasn't enough damage. Do not use this company. Shop around

1st Call Restoration came out over the holidays and made a very stressful situation much better in hours. We had a sewage water backup in our condo and Cade and the crew got it back in perfect shape before the weekend. Thank you 1st Call Restoration!!!
