Initial Response to the office after we contacted 1st Call was extremely fast. Their crew was in charge of clean up, coordination with our Ins. Adjuster, and coordination of the Contractors doing the repairs. They took care of everything in a very professional manner while understanding the inconvenience the employees were under while trying to work. Our large office was very lucky to have such a positive experience.

I am in the middle of dealing with my house flooding. 1st Call Restoration came to help within one hour of my phone call & started the water mitigation! They are about to start the rebuild. This is my second review. This is for the rebuild of the interior of our home. David and John both took such good care of rebuilding the walls, floors and painting our home. Both gentlemen are professional and knowledgeable of their job. Both very kind throughout the entire process. Rosie and her department was so great moving our furniture and all our things back in where they found it. Thank you 1st Call Restoration for your service on one of the most difficult events of our lives. We had a house fire and 1st Call Restoration were so kind and informative. 1st Call Restoration is properly named!! They should be your first call if you have any water or restoration service needs! We had a need and it took them 30 minutes to respond. Each step of the process was throughly explained along with all associated costs. I love how they use technology and tools to take all of the guess work out of it! Santos was an amazing representative and even prayed with us! He made us feel like family rather than a customer. They even handled all of our needs for our insurance company. I highly recommend 1st Call Restoration. I contacted them for an estimate of water damage restoration in a room impacted by water heater leak. After a technician's inspection, Ronnie Benavides (the technician's manager) called me and provided a quote, with expanation of the scope of water damage and resoration process. When I asked him whether it would be a better option for me to replace the impacted carpet and pad, he did not push me toward acceptance of their quote. Instead he agreed that replacement, instead of restoration service, is a better option for me. He also confirmed that the drywall and baseboard would not need restoration work (unlike what another company told me). When I said I felt sorry that his technician wasted his time, Ronnie responded by saying that they want to have customers' best interest and satisfaction in mind. So even if I did not hire them, they impressed me with their trustworthiness.

What a great company to work with. My 91 year old mother had a horrendous leak and 1st Call helped her with the repairs on the interior of her house. They explained everything to her and myself. The quality of the work is top notch and everything they said they would do has been done. Their group also unpacked the boxes and moved her furniture back in to place and the group that did that were wonderful - friendly and showed care with her items. I would highly recommend them. We worked closely with Heather and would absolutely so it again if we needed to.

We were out of town when our house flooded from a busted hot water heater. We called 1st Call Restoration. They arrived immediately, quickly assessed the situation, started working to remove the water and dry the flooded areas. We were distraught to find our home flooded, but so very grateful that we called 1st Call Restoration because the team was pretty amazing. A friend recommended 1st Call Restoration based on her experience with Aaron Rodgers from the company. I requested Aaron when my elderly mom had a slab leak that flooded part of her house. Incredible service! A pipe burst in my vacation home. I didn't learn about it until 12-18 hours later. I called 1st Call. Tristan and Stayton arrived a short time later (middle of the night) to begin water evacuation. Noel, Stayton, and Anthony returned over several days to handle the dry-out and demo. The damage was extensive but they did an awesome job. Within a week they had everything dried out and torn out. If Google allowed a 6-Star rating, they would get it from me.

Our dishwasher flooded our kitchen. Aaron, Santos and Stayton were very quick to respond. Jamie as well as the other front office team was super helpful with filing an insurance claim. I was very nervous that I would have to pay a large bill for all the work they did, but that was not the case. These guys are very familiar with what insurance will need to cover the claim (pictures, video's, sketches of the house). November 15th at 5:00 in the morning I stepped out of bed into water standing on the floor. It was partially in our bedroom, in both bathrooms, hallway and kitchen. After the plumbers found and fixed the leak, Michael from 1st Call Restoration came out and set dryers up. He has been very professional and knowledgeable about everything, answering every question and keeping us informed every step of the way. Jack came out to do the assessment, along with Ronni and his crew to take flooring up. They too are extremely professional and knowledgeable about everything. From the very first call our experience was fantastic! Samantha was able to schedule Tristan to come out the same day - he was fabulous, professional, kind and knowledgeable. But FORTUNATELY they are the best of the best when it comes to emergency remediation from storms or sewer backup into my new home. Ronnie and the crew always communicate clearly with the homeowner, and explain the cleanup and drying process thoroughly. They called in advance to let me know then they were coming daily to monitor the moisture levels. They removed furniture and flooring from the flooded areas in my home, and set up drying equipment and dehumidifiers in the same initial call which by the way was a very prompt response for such an early morning call. Always courteous! Always professional! Always prompt! Always respectful of the owners home and furnishings when working! and as the logo states they always "Restore Peace of Mind".

A water pipe broke in my master bath by the commode in the middle of the night. The water flooded my master bathroom, large closet and quickly seeped through the wall to the next bedroom. I had to call 911 as I could not turn off the water at the street. The Fire Department responded and were able shut off the gushing water. The fireman suggested that I contact 1st Call Restoration. I called and am so thankful that I did! Aaron, Ronnie, Sally and Adriana were here and quickly assessed the situation, and began boxing up all of my clothes, bathroom items and getting them out of the way. Then they began removing all of the damaged tile, carpet, baseboards and some of the dry wall. Once that was complete they set up dryers to ensure no dampness would remain. They were the most professional and caring team. Always on time, answered every question and ensured that I was confident in the process. Great followup as well! These guys were great! Aaron, Shane and Rosie made this experience a lot better than it could have been. They responded within 2 hours and began drying things out, assisted us with getting some of our personal things out so they could begin the process of packing up our home. Did some squeegeeing for a few days. Leak Locators arrived, quickly found a leak in the wall behind the water heater and repaired it. They recommended 1st Call Restoration to repair the damage. They responded the same day and had equipment on site to start the drying out / repair process. I had notified our insurance company when the water was first detected, and they worked with 1st Call on the repairs.
Long story and I hope no other homeowner ever has home damage caused by water or any other event. I did want to recommend both East Texas Leak Locators and 1st Call in the event you may be contacted by a homeowner at some future date. Both did a great job for us and were easy to work with. Pricing appeared to be fair and there were no real issues with the insurance company. The quality of the repairs from 1st Call was excellent, and they were pretty quick on getting it done - especially the mitigation portion to prevent any further damage once the leak was repaired. I have only good things to share about this company. Samatha answers the phone and she is delightful! She is professional and friendly and reassuring, all at the same time. Five star service , for sure! Grant Duncan was excellent at his job! He explained everything so well and made sure we were kept apprised during the several days of work that was done for us. His team of Ronnie, Jacob, Santos, Noel, and Brant were great! They had to remove sheetrock and trim, along with flooring. They completed their task and did a great job of tidying up after they finished. Once all the big fans were picked up, as well as the dehumidifier, they cleaned up yet again. Grant checked on the progress regularly and stayed in touch with us via text messages. He was always responsive when we had a question. We hate we had to meet this group of people in the way we did, but we are certainly thankful for their help when we did have to use this service..

1st Call Restoration is named appropriately! They were our 1st call for a flooded home. The call was answered immediately by a real person at 10:00 p.m. She asked many pertinent questions and assured me all would be OK until a technician came the next day. Tristin was actually early the next day and spent hours assessing the damage and began the "dry out" process. He was explanatory, comforting and I could tell, extremely knowledgeable and experienced in this sort of thing.
Others arrived shortly thereafter (Kody, Noel, Jacob) and set the fans (for the next 5 days). Then they returned to remove and clean. Samantha was available for questions and answers throughout the process.
Also, extremely important was Rosie!!!! Rosie was very responsive and patient me (slightly emotional). She knew what to pack and what to leave just in case we wanted/needed to get to some things. Her team was careful and comprehensive.

Revised review: found out my cabinets were damaged when they were removed. Insurance won't pay since they weren't damaged by the water leak. Now we are moving into our house without a kitchen and will have to pay our of pocket to replace every cabinet. Maybe be more careful when dealing with other people's property

We had great service from 1st Call Restoration. We had water leak through our bathroom ceiling from the attic after the air conditioner drain lines got clogged. A call to 1st Call Restoration had our technician Grant come over to assess the situation. The other major water restoration company near us was going to charge us $150 to come out and give us an estimate. 1st Call Restoration gave us a free estimate. Grant created a detailed assessment of the extent of the water damage, which his team used to create a detailed plan and estimate for remediation. The bid detailed exactly what they were going to do and how long it would take. Grant was very good at explaining what they were going to do and why it was necessary based on the measurements that he took. Grant was extremely polite, professional and helpful in helping us get through this unfortunate leak. I was very happy with the final results and would recommend 1st Call Restoration. Big THANK YOU!! Great company to call when a disaster arises! We had a flood happen after a freeze that left us with an inch of standing water on the entire first floor of the home. 1st call restoration got to the job ASAP and got started on the restoration process. Samantha coordinated the job, Jack did the Matterport scan(Super helpful for remembering where furniture goes) while Tim, Aaron, Ronnie & Tyson kept an eye on the entire project until the job was completed. The entire process from start to finish was done with care and speed. The job was checked and managed daily and kept me very informed throughout the process! Mr. Santos and Mr. Noel came out shortly after I called to help me dry up a bathroom water leak. They were friendly and knowledgeable, identifying and drying the affected areas as quickly as possible. Mr. Santos came out every day to check moisture levels. He also worked closely with my insurance, which was a big help to me in the stressful situation.

Aaron, Jack and Paul really came thru for us today. I couldn’t believe how quickly they responded. Losing a whole day of sales is never a good thing but they had us ready go in time for dinner. We had an office building flood and 1st Call Restoration was able to be onsite within an hour of calling! Aaron, Ronnie, & Jacob were very professional, efficient, and courteous. They kept me up to date via phone with everything at the property and the tenant was very pleased with how they left their equipment wires covered up and left everything tiddy. I will call again anytime I have an emergency like this occur.

Called due to sweating AC ducts in our attic leaking onto our ceiling drywall. Tristan came out same day to take a look. Courteous and to the point. Even though there actually was no work for him to do he took the time and helped explain to us how to go about fixing the issues we were seeing. Our experience was not good at all because of the painter and the project manager, Heather! The painter did a terrible job leaving roller marks and missed places. He had to go back and touch up and it still was not a good job. He had to go back a third time because it still was not done right! He took 7 weeks to paint the inside of our 1700 sq ft house! That delayed us from getting back in our home in a timely manner. We sent Heather so many pictures of the problems that we were having. She told my husband and I several times that she was going to the house to check on things and didn’t go. My husband went to our house every day. She told me at one point that she was scheduling the people to move all of our things back in the house and that she would be at the house Wednesday, Thursday and Friday of that week. She did not go. More than four weeks went by and they had not moved in our things because she was wrong again! Another thing among others, our curtains had been thrown In the dust from the sheet rock. Heather took the curtains and told my husband that she would have them dry cleaned. She never brought the curtains back! My husband and I were so upset several days through the whole process. Once all was finished Heather told me that she had gone to our house to do the cleaning. Afterwards, there was paint on the floor and cabinets were full of dust and there was saw dust all at the bottom of one our windows and the blinds were still dirty. As a project manager, Heather did not do her job well at all!
I will say everyone I spoke to at their office was very nice and very helpful! The cabinet guy was excellent and the guys that laid our floor did a good job!

Santos was our technician for drying out our water damaged rooms. He used his moisture meter to determine exactly the extent of our damage and took numerous pictures all throughout the process. He placed the fans and dehumidifiers in optimum locations to be the most beneficial. He was on time, courteous, friendly, and puts a person at ease when you are facing a black mold issue. He repeatedly asked id there was anything I need explained again or if I had any questions. We went over each area to be sure I was satisfied with the work he was responsible for. Santos will definitely restore your faith in "customer service"!
He should be promoted to teach others in the company how to give proper customer service! Seriously!

Water pipes broke during the freezing December. Your group came in pulled out all the wet flooring wet sheet rock dried everything up. Very professional, Very polite, Hard workers, I would highly recommend this company 1st call restoration. Workers Tristan Johnson, Jack and Jacob were very friendly, very polite, excellent workers and I highly recommend them. I give this company 5 plus stars.

The folks at 1st Call Restoration are fantastic! We had flooding at our business and they were quickly out there to survey the damage and prevent even further damage from occurring. Do not use this company unless you want to be thoroughly ripped off. We were told we could the minimum of taking out damaged sheet rock from base boards and clean up from our laundry room. Its a very small amount. They told us 850 for the minimum for the cash price. The office personal took it upon themselves to "claim" it on insurance and then doubled the amount they say we owe. We agreed on 850 and they sent a bill for nearly 1500 with the reasoning being "we claimed it on insurance". We have part of laundry room without sheetrock and baseboards. The price doesn't include any repairs. Like I said we agreed on cash price and then they try to come back later and say they didn't know because the tech told us that. Tjats a problem in your office and not my problem. I also reported this to the better business bureau. Jacking up prices just because you took it upon yourself to file it on my insurance after the employee that came out here told us not to because there wasn't enough damage. Do not use this company. Shop around

1st Call Restoration came out over the holidays and made a very stressful situation much better in hours. We had a sewage water backup in our condo and Cade and the crew got it back in perfect shape before the weekend. Thank you 1st Call Restoration!!!
